Tim Simon :: Owner

Tim is the owner and principal for Simon Company. In 1993 he was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. This designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties, and advise clients on real estate investment decisions.

To have received the MAI designation, Tim completed a rigorous education and experience cycle to include numerous courses with a passing grade on a comprehensive examination, significant hours of experience, specialized appraisal experience, and completed a demonstration appraisal report that demonstrated his ability to present a supported value estimate of the nature, quality and utility of an income producing property.

Leslie Simon :: Business Manager

Leslie manages the financial affairs of the firm including the billings, accounts receivables, payables, collections and bookkeeping.

Jeremy Hansen :: Senior Appraiser

Jeremy joined Simon Company in July of 2000 and is a senior appraiser. He graduated from California State University Fresno in 1999 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Prior to joining Simon Company, Jeremy worked as an agent for Principal Financial Group. Jeremy is pursuing the MAI designation and specializes in commercial and agricultural properties.

Christine Shepherd :: Office Manager

Christine joined Simon Company in 2006 as a research assistant. She is responsible for appraisal research, management of the comparable sales database and digital photograph library, and assignment tracking.

Jake Hower :: Appraisal Trainee

Jake joined Simon Company as an appraisal trainee in 2010. He graduated from California State University Fresno in 2008. Currently, Jake is specializing in commercial properties.
